Missoula Emergency Services offers the following accredited or certified pre-hospital care training programs.
Offered in conjunction with Missoula College, Missoula Emergency Services’ Paramedicine Program provides a comprehensive, hands-on education in paramedicine. This program is offered as a 73-credit, two-year Associates Degree through the Missoula College.
Missoula Emergency Services’ Advanced EMT course allows Basic providers to expand their skill set and advance their career in emergency medicine.
The foundation of emergency medical care, Missoula Emergency Services’ EMT Basic program provides learners new to EMS the knowledge and skills to start their career in EMS.
BLS & ALS Refreshers
Basic Life Support 24 hour Refreshers are offered every winter for EMS professionals renewing their certification and/or licensure. BLS Refreshers include BLS CPR renewal, PEARS certification/renewal, updates on best practices in EMS, and other focused topic presentations.
